Shipping and Returns
Order Processing
Online orders are final.
All products offered in the online store are available (except for stock shortages or exceptional cases), which allows us to process orders for delivery within the following 24/48 hours via a shipping agency within mainland Spain.
Orders received on Fridays after 1:00 PM and on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
During order processing, the customer will be informed of the status of their order as well as any incidents that may arise.
Shipping Methods
COLORES DE OTOÑO TAMBIEN EN VERANO, S.L. uses courier companies for home deliveries. We have selected the best available offer for each case. If the shipment is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please let us know (by phone or email) so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please note that couriers do not deliver merchandise on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Reporting a Problem with Your Order

Payment Methods
The payment methods we offer are:
- Bank Transfer: When choosing this method, please wait for the confirmation email we will send you, which will inform you of the account number where the deposit will be made and the exact amount to be deposited. Please remember to include the buyer's name in the bank statement. To expedite the process, you can send us a copy of the receipt by email or ask your bank to send it to us directly. Once we receive the order, we have one month to process the transfer; if this period is exceeded without justified cause, the order will be canceled.
- Bank Receipt or Deferred Payment: This payment method is available exclusively to customers previously authorized by COLORES DE OTOÑO TAMBIEN EN VERANO, S.L. It consists of direct debiting the order amount from the customer's bank account within an agreed period. Requests for this method must be reviewed and approved by our administrative department before placing the order.
- Credit or Debit Card: To charge the order, we will request the card number and expiration date. This information is not stored on our website and must be entered for each purchase. Data security is guaranteed through approved SSL encryption protocols. Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel any order placed with COLORES DE OTOÑO TAMBIEN EN VERANO, S.L. and receive a refund, provided that the cancellation is made on the same day the order was placed and that the order has not yet been processed. In this case, the full amount of the order will be refunded.
If the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must wait to receive the merchandise and then return it. In this case, the shipping costs for both receipt and return will be borne by the customer. Once the returned item has been received and the product has been verified to be in good condition, the customer will be immediately refunded the amount equivalent to the cost of the product, minus the shipping and return costs.

Return or Exchange of a Product
The nature of COLORES DE OTOÑO TAMBIEN EN VERANO, S.L. products means that returns are not possible unless the product has been used by the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in its original condition (wrapping, boxes, etc., in perfect condition) within 15 days of receipt, provided the product is in perfect condition and includes the corresponding warranty seals and original packaging. We will refund the purchase price less shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect or Defective Product
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us, providing details of the product and the reason for the return. Return costs in the event of an error or defect in the product will be borne by COLORES DE OTOÑO TAMBIEN EN VERANO, S.L.
Any missing, lost, broken, or damaged items that occur during transport must be noted on the carrier's delivery note or, failing that, must be reported by email to info@coloresdeotono.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The claim must include photographic evidence of the damage.
